Chocolate lime panna cotta

This is a desert. I don’t know much about deserts but it tastes okay to me.

Ingredients (Serves: 4)

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g caster sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 gelatin leaves

Method

  • Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for 10 mins
  • Start to heat the cream in a pan and finely chop the chocolate
  • When the cream starts to boil take it off the heat and stir in the chocolate, then sugar, then lime juice
  • Stir in the gelatin leaves until it’s all smooth and lovely
  • Pour into ramakins. When cool put in fridge for 2 hours
