Chocolate lime panna cotta
This is a desert. I don’t know much about deserts but it tastes okay to me.
Ingredients (Serves: 4)
- 300 ml double cream
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g caster sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 gelatin leaves
Method
- Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for 10 mins
- Start to heat the cream in a pan and finely chop the chocolate
- When the cream starts to boil take it off the heat and stir in the chocolate, then sugar, then lime juice
- Stir in the gelatin leaves until it’s all smooth and lovely
- Pour into ramakins. When cool put in fridge for 2 hours
