If potential customers struggle to find what they need they’re far less likely to choose you over your competitors. They won’t pick up the phone and they won’t fill in your contact form so you may never hear what put them off.

Find out what’s working and what’s not

We need to figure out what’s turning people off and see what can be done to fix things.

I’ll provide a report that includes the main issues that could be losing you business. For each problem I’ll tell you why it’s important and suggest what to do to improve things. I’ll include screen grabs to illustrate the points and give each issue an importance rating along with an indication of how easy or difficult it should be to fix.

You then give the report to your internal development team or web agency and rejoice in the fact you’re finally doing something about ‘the issue of the website’.

The Rapid Review is the best way to get a quick idea of the main areas for improvement and easy wins. This review is most suitable for marketing/brochure websites.

• Screen grabs of issues found
• Advice on how to fix problems with difficulty ratings

In-depth Review: £1000

The In-Depth Review goes deeper and provides a longer list of things to improve and adds my ratings on important aspects of your website such as navigation and user experience. This review is appropriate for websites which list several products and services.

• PDF report highlighting problems ranked by importance (typically 20+ problems highlighted)
• Screen grabs of issues found
• Video clips of interactive elements where relevant
• Advice on how to fix problems with difficulty ratings
• Ratings for Navigation; User Experience; Accessibility; Copywriting; Visual Design

Bespoke Review: £POA

The Bespoke Review is for larger websites, e-commerce stores, websites with user areas, community forums etc. If your website fits into this category I will provide a quote prior to carrying out a review.

• Video clips of interactive elements where relevant
